Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 60 days of delivery. Returned items and items you wish to exchange must be unwashed, unworn, and in new condition with all tags attached, exactly how you received them. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise. 

To return or exchange an item, please follow either of the processes below:

Return Process

1. Go to and enter your email address and order number associated with the item(s) you are looking to return. 

2. Select the items you're looking to return and fill out any necessary information.

3. Print the free pre-paid shipping label we email you (You do not have to pay shipping for items you are returning).

4. Put the label back on the package/box and ship it back to us. 

5. Once we receive the items and process them, we'll give you your refund, which may take 5 business days to process. 


Exchange Process

1. Please email with the following details:

  1. Your order number
  2. The item you'd like to send back
  3. Which item you'd like to exchange for

2. Once we receive your email with the details above we will send you a return label so you can send the item you'd no longer like to keep back to us. You are not charged for return shipping. 

3. Once we receive a notification from USPS that they have picked up the item you will be sending back to us, we'll ship out your new, desired item to you. 



Once we receive your returned merchandise, a refund will be issued. Damaged, washed, worn items, or items without original tags are not eligible for a refund. You will receive a full refund for the cost of the product based on your original payment method. If you have placed your order with a credit card, please allow up to 5 business days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. If you have placed your order with a debit card, please allow up to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your bank statement.

We guarantee our scrubs and the other items we sell to be comfortable and free of manufacturing defects. If for any reason you find this not to be true, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
